No-Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
This policy applies to NurseStudy Prep subscriptions offered by NurseStudy.Net, a sole proprietorship operated by Anna Curran. Read this policy before starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription.
1. Plans and two-day free trial
NurseStudy Prep offers a $29 monthly plan and an $80 three-month plan. Each plan begins with a two-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
Unless you cancel before the two-day trial ends, your selected plan automatically converts to a paid subscription. The monthly plan then automatically renews at $29 each month. The three-month plan then automatically renews at $80 every three months. Recurring charges continue until you cancel.
The scheduled end of the trial and first charge date will be displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation.
2. Express consent and confirmation
Before you complete checkout, we will clearly disclose the trial period, price charged after the trial, renewal frequency, cancellation method, and no-refund policy near the final order button. By affirmatively selecting a plan and completing checkout, you expressly consent to the free-to-paid conversion and automatic renewal terms and authorize Stripe to charge your payment method.
We will provide an electronic acknowledgment that includes the material subscription terms, cancellation policy, and information about how to cancel. We will provide renewal, annual reminder, material-change, and price-change notices when required by applicable law.
3. How to cancel
You may cancel future renewal charges at any time using either of these online methods:
- sign in to your NurseStudy Prep customer account and use the cancellation control; or
- send this pre-addressed cancellation email, which is formatted so you can request cancellation without adding information.
You may also email support@nursestudy.net with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.” If possible, send the request from the email address associated with your account. We will process the cancellation and send confirmation.
California customers who enrolled online may cancel online at will without steps that obstruct or delay cancellation.
4. Cancellation deadlines and access
To avoid the first paid charge, complete cancellation before the two-day trial ends. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the next renewal date shown in your account or order confirmation.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. If you cancel during a paid term, you will continue to have access through the end of that paid term. Your access will then end unless you purchase a new subscription.
5. No refunds
Because NurseStudy Prep provides immediate access to digital educational content, all subscription charges are final and nonrefundable, including charges for monthly terms, three-month terms, renewals, partial periods, unused time, or unused content. We do not provide prorated refunds.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived. If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or made in error, email support@nursestudy.net promptly with your account email, charge date, amount, and a short description. Do not send payment-card details by email.
6. Changes to plans or this policy
We may change plans, prices, or this policy prospectively. We will provide advance notice, cancellation information, and obtain consent when required by law.
