NCLEX-RN question bank
Nine courses. 1,800 questions.
Eight courses map one to one onto the client needs categories of the 2026 NCLEX-RN test plan. The ninth reorganizes the same material by body system, which is how you were taught it and how you will practice. Every question is written in Next Generation NCLEX style, and every rationale says why the correct answer is correct and why each distractor is wrong.
Course names, question counts, and exam weights are shown to everyone. Your own accuracy in each course appears once you log in.
The eight client needs categories
500 questions across 50 modules, in test plan order
Delegation, scope of practice, informed consent, prioritization, and the questions that turn on who may do a task rather than what the task is.
Transmission based precautions, personal protective equipment, restraints, fall prevention, and error reporting.
Antepartum through postpartum care, newborn assessment, developmental stages, and screening across the lifespan.
Therapeutic communication, grief, abuse and neglect, substance misuse, and the psychiatric emergencies that need an action rather than a conversation.
Nutrition and tube feedings, elimination, mobility and positioning, skin integrity, pain, and rest.
High alert medications, calculation, intravenous therapy, blood products, and the adverse effects that require you to hold a dose.
Laboratory values, diagnostic testing, therapeutic procedures, and recognizing the complication before it becomes an emergency.
Fluid and electrolyte imbalance, acid base interpretation, hemodynamics, and medical emergencies across every body system.
Medical-Surgical Nursing
The largest course, and the reason to study here
The same content organized the way you were taught it and the way you will practice it, so remediation lands on one system at a time instead of one exam category at a time.
Most question banks file med-surg content under exam categories. When a student misses a potassium question there, the bank tells them to study Physiological Adaptation, which is not a place. Here the same question sits under Endocrine or under Fluid, Electrolyte, and Acid Base, so remediation has an address.
Exam Simulator
Sit the format, not only the content
An 85 question comprehensive review drawn across all nine courses and weighted to the 2026 test plan, so the mix you see reflects the mix the exam uses. Eighty five is the minimum length of a real NCLEX-RN administration.
What comes with every course
Accuracy on this page and on your dashboard is measured on first attempts only. Repeating a module you have already seen raises the number without telling you anything new, so repeats are recorded but not scored. A course reads Building signal until you have answered at least 10 of its questions.
